Empty Gelatin capsules
We produce Empty gelatin capsules in various colours and colour combinations including transparent and
     metallic colour capsules. These capsules are also available in various sizes.

Raw Material
The gelatine we use are With EDQM certified TSE/BSE free and Colour Pigments as the core raw materials,
     our key objective always is to consistently ensuring stringent quality to our customers.

Colour Pigments :
Colorants used are as per specific requirements of Customers & colours are confirming to I.P. Standards.
     We are equipped to provide our customers exact colour shades as per their customers requirement.
     The colour pigments used are strictly as per I.P. The colour shade once developed for a customer is
     allocated with a code for all future repeat orders and the colour shade remains consistent in all the batches
     of production.

Technical Specifications
The type of capsules depends upon the type of locking features provide in the pin moulds used in the
manufacturing the various sizes of the EHG Capsules that suits to different capsules filling machines. we have the following types of locking features in capsules in different sizes.

SELF-LOCK (DOUBLE-LOCK) CAPSULES
     There is a lock ring on the cap as well as on the body. With 2 - air vents at 180° apposite to each other
     provided on the body to release air pressure developed during filling and locking operation on filling
     machines. The closed joined length of filled capsule is within a narrow range of tolerance for these types of
     capsules. The capsule filling machines are set as per the standard specifications of the customer for Joining
     Length. If capsules are locked beyond the Joining Length, denting or partial locking may occur which would
     result in defects or release of medicament on vibrator of packing machine.


EASY-FILL CAPSULES WITH AIR VENT
     Apart from the above features of double lock capsules, the body of the capsules have taper at the cut end
     to facilitate easy entering into the cap without fouling at the cut edge of cap thus preventing in telescoping
     of capsules at the time of locking. This is the critical requirement of high speed fully automatic capsules
     filling machines. These EHG Capsule suites to any kind of Capsule Filling Machines but excellent for High
     Speed Automatic Capsules Filling Machines.

Printing & Testing
Printing : We are equipped with excellent quality printing machines, which have the expertise of printing on
     capsules as per customized requirements.
We provide different types of printing as mentioned below:

To prevent counterfeiting possibilities we provide exclusive printing which gives excellent protection

Filling Machine Performance: the capsules we manufacture are fit to perform excellently on all type of filling machines including Fully Automatic machines at speeds as high as 120,000 capsules/hr. etc. and all Semi Automatic Machines and Hand Filling Machines & also complies to USP & B.P. too. Standards : Our products comply with Specifications as per I.P. & also complies to USP & BP. In terms of Dimensions, Brittleness, Uniformity of weight, Disintegration Time, Microbiological Limits, Loss on Drying, Storage and Labelling. We maintain quality better than Specified in I.P. as per the Specification Sheet of our client.
